the famous DJ Jesse James has come to me and wants to do a fitness challenge. It’s going to consist of 90 days of at least 5 days a week training. He is going to combine this with the p90x system to keep him on track his days off. I am going to post blog entries of his results and progress over the coming months so stay tuned!
