* Practice generating full body power using whole body execution with this multi-joint exercise.

* This is both a goal and process oriented exercise. How hard can you throw? And are you throwing with the proper hip-body-shoulder-arm execution?

* Understanding full acceleration: Go from 0 – 100 faster than you ever have before! Just like your golf swing – this will help you execute power and speed through acceleration.

* Get clarity on where your Center of Gravity is within your Base of Support.

* Maintain your balance with ease within a moving environment
