Interval Training

Intervals? What are intervals? Some of you may already be doing them, but for those who aren’t…

Intervals are an alternation in your intensity, while doing any form of cardio, to increase your anaerobic threshold (your efficiency to use fats as energy).

How you do them:
when doing cardio, push as hard as you possibly can for 1 minute, then ease off for 2, repeat this cycle 10 times and you are done!

Do this form of cardio once per week (as well as your regular cardio) and watch the fat melt away!
