Carb Drinks:

Diet has a huge effect on exercise. Your energy levels and your body’s response to the training that it performs are all affected by the things you eat and drink. For instance, drinking a carb drink while doing cardio exercise reduces your perceived intensity, making the cardio easier. It also gives you more energy to perform for longer. Combining that with the fact that doing cardio in 3 sets of 10 min has the same affect on your aerobic capacity as doing 30 min in a row the result is that you will be running longer and harder in no time at all.
