Personal Trainer Vancouver Video Tip of the week – Today we have one more video for you which is a total body workout using resistance tubing/stretch bands. It’s a variation of lunge and squat presses. The great thing about these simple exercises is that they work your shoulders, triceps, abs and quads and hamstrings. Do 3 sets of 10 reps of each of these exercises and you are going to get a pretty damn good pump!
