Personal Training DJ Jesse James – blog entry of the week

 Rule number one about training don’t show up late.  There is nothing more embarrassing then having protein shake smeared on your face and sweat already on your brow when you hustle into worlds gym to see Kalev. So what did the man of muscles have planned for me today? Well to be honest Kalev has a real flexibility about his schedule and that works well with me. I like most people have no idea what I’m doing or where I’m going so he takes control and steers me in the right direction. I have been juggling an array of different workouts I can’t just do one thing, it’s called A.D.D. ( Attention Deficit Designer)  

Boom get warm, hit the treadmill for 5min that gets me out of the funk and into the routine I know after this it’s about to get sweaty. Skip rope for a couple well the master of conversation tells me about his adventures I do enjoy a good story. Then as per my request we did a varying mix of cardio in the form of boxing. It was a blast jab, cross uppercut is my favorite cause that last punch you can really smack the heck out of the punching bag. Dripping sweat and feeling great I bounced out of the gym and onto my day not missing a beat.  

I’m back in to visit Kalev next Friday and this time I will be early and ready for a hard experience. I want to lose 30 pounds before I’m 30 so 90 4 months to go. I will keep you posted on my progress.
