The Who

You.  Maybe a friend.  A like-minded group of individuals all training towards similar goals & race days.  Plus our team of expert personal trainers, running enthusiasts, Kinesiologists and just really great, down-to-earth people (Devin, Sean, and Kirsten).

The Running Club is designed by Personal Trainer / Kinesiologist and NCCP certified Triathlon Coach, Sean Conner, who is currently training for his 2nd Iron Man, as a result, you’re in good hands. You don’t have to be racing in a triathlon consisting of over 130 miles in order for this program to be right for you.  Thinking of running the BMO Marathon?  Getting dirty in Tough Mudder?  Stretching it out after the Seawheeze half marathon?  Or maybe you’re a Vancouver Sea Wall enthusiast and want to improve your pace.  You do you.  We got you.


The What

A program just for runners, unlike any other.

The Running Club membership consists of weekly one-on-one personal training (OR partner training!) sessions and a custom tailored program based on your current fitness levels and goals, plus group runs.  No matter the finish line your training to cross – whether you’re new to running, or you’re a seasoned athlete with a marathon already under your belt, our team will help you run efficiently while preventing or working with injuries.  The focus during group runs will vary week-to-week (pace vs speed for example), resulting in a dynamic and fun program you won’t want to miss.

There is no long-term gym membership required to sign-up!  Weekly and monthly payment options available.

Four group runs to choose from each week >> 

Monday @ 5:30pm
Tuesday @ 12pm & 5:30pm
Thursday @ 12pm
*Bring a friend for free!  Pre-registration is required

Personal or Partner Training Sessions >> When works best for you?  We’re flexible and can work around your schedule.


The How

Only $30/week to personal train and run with a partner!  Monthly pricing starts at $119 per person.
