TABATA 25 MINUTE BODY WEIGHT BOOT CAMP
Try this workout in the middle of your living room, at the gym, or outside on the grass!
Equipment Needed: Muscles, bones, and ligaments
- Perform 8 straight sets of each exercise in 20 second intervals with 10 seconds of rest between, to total 4 minutes per exercise (i.e. 20:10 x8)
- Rest for one minute then move on to the next exercise

#2 Jumping Jacks
#3 Burpees (optional Squat Jumps)
#4 Mountain Climbers (optional Push-ups)
#5 V-ups / Double Leg Stretch / Russian Twists / Bicycle Crunches (choose your favourite abdominal exercise)
ALL DONE!! Be sure to stretch & rehydrate!
