Boot Camp Classes

Boot Camp is the fastest, most efficient way to get your cardio done. We meet at Kalev Fitness Solution, for all boot camp Vancouver, but in the summer we head 3 blocks down to a local park for our outdoor boot camp!

Tabata Boot Camp

Tabata protocal class consisits of a warm up and 2 sets of 8 intervals of 20 sec HIGH intensity core or plyometric work and 10 sec rest. The protocal studies show that:

“The rate of increase in V02max is one of the highest ever reported.” – Izumi Tabata, Japan
“Fat burn is greater when exercise intensity is high.” – Metabolism

With only 8 minutes (give or take) every other day, you can turn your body into a fat-burning super-engine.

Bondi Body Boot Camp

Summer is here, get your body in shape and ready for the beach. Weather it’s English Bay or Bondi Beach you’ll be looking hot enough for any beach with this class. Taught by our favorite Aussie man, Josh, he’ll get your body STRONG SLEEK AND SEXY for the Summer with Bondi Body Boot Camp! You will slim down, tone up and look sexy for all that tanning you’re gearing up for! Each class will vary but all will include Cardio, Flexibility, Balance, Strength and Circuit Training. Josh will keep you sweating and laughing for the entire hour!

Fit-Like-a-Fighter Boot Camp

Fit-Like-a-Fighter Boot Camp is a fun, unique, and intense hybrid training system. With the use of protective gloves, hand held focus pads, and partner work, this Boot Camp will take you through the basic movements of kickboxing: punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, and show you effective ways to combine them into killer combos. It will also focus on cardio and conditioning by combining kickboxing techniques with various cardio drills, push ups, sit ups, planks, and all that fun stuff for a fun to make an exciting fusion of exercises guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life.

Beach Body Boot Camp

Get your body feeling strong and looking sleek for the summer with Beach Body Boot Camp!

Slim down, look sexy and get a tan all while having fun with Kalev Fitness Solution. Each class will vary from day-to-day, but all will include cardio, flexibility, balance, strength and circuit training. This combination of training styles will help you slim down, increase coordination, tone up and have more energy to do the things you love.

Power Hour Bootcamp

This is a fantastic all over body workout with extra emphasis on lower body movements and abdominal exercises. Suitable for all levels.

Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp

Cardio Kickboxing Boot Camp is a fun, unique, and intense hybrid-training system. Mikewondo / Extreme Boot Camp

Punches, elbows, knees, kicks, sprawls, push-ups and squats… and that’s just the warm up! Come and test yourself with this unique form of martial art conditioning designed to push you to your limits.

Learn a variety of striking techniques from various martial arts such as karate, tae kwon do, Muay Thai and boxing from international tae kwon do competitor Mike Blom.
