Cardio KickBoxing

Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp is a fun, unique, and intense hybrid training system. With the use of protective gloves, hand held focus pads, and partner work, this bootcamp will take you through the basic movements of kickboxing: punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, and show you effective ways to combine them into killer combos. It will also focus on cardio and conditioning by combining kickboxing techniques with various cardio drills, push ups, sit ups, planks, and all that fun stuff for a fun to make an exciting fusion of exercises gauranteed to get you in the best shape of your life.

Available in a group-training environment or asĀ one-on-one sessions.
