Pilates
In this class you will learn Method Pilates and work in a neutral spine. This type of Pilates is designed to create a lean and strong body from the inside out. You will focus on your deep and supportive muscles, flexibility, posture correction and injury prevention. Working the body from the inside out creates a 3 dimensionally strong body that is resistant to injury. You are guaranteed to learn a lot about your body and have some fun along the way!
Core-a-lates is a Fusion between the fundamentals of slow controlled Pilates movement with Functional core exercises. This class will activate the deep core muscles more effectively thereby creating a more satisfying overall core Workout. All levels Welcome.
