Stretch and Alignment

Almost everyone needs help with flexibility so we have created a Stretch and Alignment class to compliment your training. Class will be one hour long and will focus on flexibility, alignment and injury prevention. Strength training is great however; muscles that are too tight/short are functionally weak and prone to injury. We strongly encourage all our clients to join this class! Come stretch, relax and learn a bit more about your body and alignment!
