We are located at suite 102-128 west Pender Street in the Sun Tower Building right on the corner of Pender and Beatty in up and coming Cross Town / Gastown. The Sun Tower has recently received a make-over from basement to tower, much like a lot of the other buildings in this area. We share our neighbourhood with some very prestigious friends, such as, the new Woodwards Building, Lola’s, Pivo, Chambar, Medina, The Dirty Apron and more. If you haven’t visited cross town in a while come check it out, we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
Hours of Gym Operation
Monday to Friday – 6am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday – 9am to 5pm
Personal Training is by appointment and may be outside there hours.
