Elliott is a high energy trainer with a passion for fitness and wellbeing. With an emphasis on overall health and functionality rather than aesthetics, he can help you reach your goals with effort and determination. Elliott has a diverse athletic background as an avid baseball player and tap dancer while also being involved in sports such as soccer and golf. When he’s not at the gym, he enjoys hiking, running and skiing while continuing to follow his passions in the arts (piano, dance, and singing).
Elliott completed his Kinesiology degree at the University of British Columbia and plans on pursuing a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. With an interest in and experience working with chronic conditions including (but not limited to) diabetes, hypertension, and stroke patients, Elliott can help you overcome the limitations of these conditions.
