Mary has always had a love for sports. She specializes in Sport Performance, strength, and mobility training. She has played many sports growing up, her favorite being hockey. She was a Coach and Volunteer with Special Olympics for 5 years and have gained knowledge to train all different types of people. Mary has gained her knowledge from 2 years of University in a Sport Performance program. Her 2 year studies included full course loads of Human Anatomy, Biomechanics, Physiology, Psychology, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Health and Wellness. Mary has decided to use her knowledge to guide individuals to understand and learn about their body. She believes that everyone is capable of anything, and strength is key to life. She practices her own training styles and learns new ideas every day.
