Growing up, Zoe played a wide variety of sports, and her experience in competitive pole vaulting and powerlifting led her to pursue further education in physical and mental wellbeing. Zoe is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sport Medicine, and currently in her third year at the University of British Columbia, studying Kinesiology and Psychology.
Zoe’s training style incorporates compound movements with functional strength exercises to get you stronger and leaner. Emphasizing impeccable form and functional movement, she prioritizes building confidence and avoiding injuries by first establishing a rock-solid foundation of body awareness and practical strength. Zoe focuses on blending comprehensive theoretical knowledge with expertise gained through years of practical experiance to help her clients reach their highest potential.
