A personal training partner is a great addition to your personal training routine. A partner can help motivate you and keep you engaged on your days off from your personal training sessions. And it helps keep costs down. At two or three clients to one personal trainer, you are able to add the motivation of a workout partner to the knowledge and guidance you are already receiving from a personal trainer, at a fraction of the cost.

To save time, and ensure you always have a partner for your partner training sessions, try and get as many friends involved as possible.

Process

  1. Consultation with Kalev

  4. Quarterly Fitness testing for progress and goal setting
