Christian Kubas has been with KFS since 2009 and is one of three resident Kinesiologist. Always up for debate and never one to back down from a challenge, Christian impresses even the most confident with his assessment of just about any subject, scientific or otherwise. Christian is not to be trifled with when it comes to facts as he stays current with academic research and analytically dissects a topic to prove his point. Christian holds a BSc. in Kinesiology, tutors university students in Exercise Physiology and is an accredited Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.

Academically driven and an advocate for healthy living, Christian applies theory to practice as he safely trains clients to reach their maximum potential. Christian will be heading to UBC in the fall to pursue a Masters of Physical Therapy and will continue to train at KFS. We wish Christian all the best and look forward to sharing in his wealth of knowledge, academic and otherwise.
