I joined in the KFS 6-week fitness challenge. It was a really great experience. They have various classes and good facilities were prepared. Samer and other coaches always helped with the challenge, which allowed them to workout hard until the end. They always checked where I am, what I can do! They are so friendly and professional. They also care about our meal plan! Check every week!!
