I believe that taking part in regular physical activity is one of the most beneficial things people can do to improve their overall quality of life. I have a keen eye for detail and my main focus as a kinesiologist/trainer is to optimize your movement patterns and build a solid base of functional strength. My goal is to give clients the tools they need in order to consistently participate in a lifetime of pain free physical activity both inside the gym and out.
I have a diverse athletic background as a past rugby, soccer, track and field, swimming, and CrossFit athlete. Currently I am training for my first competition in the sport of Olympic weightlifting. When I am not in the gym I love to surf, hike the north shore mountains, listen to podcasts, drink coffee, and travel.
In the future I hope to pursue my Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. I enjoy the challenge of identifying the root cause of client’s physical issues and developing a treatment plan which fulfills all of their unique requirements for reaching optimal health.
