Jocelyn Sutton is a recent graduate from the Fitness & Health Promotion program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario. She has studied certain courses such as Injury Prevention, Occupational Health & Employee Wellness, Advanced Personal Training, Group Fitness, Inclusive Fitness & Special Populations and more! She has completed 200 placement hours at FineLine Sports & Conditioning where she learned how to instruct Adult & Youth fitness classes as well as one on one training with competitive hockey players (Major Midget boys hockey and OHL men’s hockey). She also trained the Men’s & Women’s Varsity soccer teams during pre-season for their fitness levels. Jocelyn lives a very athletic and healthy lifestyle and has played competitive hockey and soccer throughout her life and continues to play at a competitive level through sports like Crossfit and outdoor activities (i.e hiking and snowboarding). Jocelyn looks forward in progressing her crossfit knowledge and to eventually obtain her Crossfit Level 1 certification.
