Phil began his journey over 7 years ago as a coach/instructor and trainer throughout the UK, Australia and now resides here in Canada. Growing up in New Zealand, he has been very active in sports, health and fitness from a young age. Playing and coaching rugby as well as cricket at rep level at home and abroad. In his earlier years as a physical trainer in the New Zealand Army, he was responsible for keeping their active forces fit and functional. His most recent endeavor was operating a successful mobile Personal Trainer business based out of Sydney for the past couple of years.
His belief with fitness is to find a balance that carries over into our everyday lives. You will see this reflected in your training, as he likes to keep things fresh and upbeat. Training isn’t something you should dread doing, it can be made enjoyable with an abundance level of fun.
Phil sees training as a full circle: Strength and conditioning, fat loss, building muscle, functional movements and corrective exercises.
Interest: travel, being outdoors, sports and taking on new adventures and challenges
