I attended a consultation with Christina on Saturday. She’s very friendly, informative, and positive. I’ve signed up the the 6wk Free Fitness Challenge. This program is very organized and straightforward. It gives you a very good incentive to be held accountable and to make your goal. The gym and showers are very clean. I had my 1st assessment with my trainer, Ilia today. I felt great and look forward to my next 6 weeks of the challenge with my trainer.

I have just finished 16 weeks of personal training and I have to say I can't recommend my trainer Brennan enough! He is a super friendly and welcoming PT, who helped me lose a whopping 33lbs during our time together these last 4 months!I feel amazing in myself and I have to credit him with that. Brennan is very knowledgeable about both exercise and nutrition and coupled this with an exciting and challenging program that without doubt put me through my paces.10/10 I'd definitely recommend Brennan if you want to lose weight, get stronger or improve your self confidence.
