I've came to Kalev Fitness Solution for a 3 day program , and I really enjoyed and appreciate all the help Eli gave me. She explained me what would be better for my body to achieve my goals after making some exercises and tests to look how was in body. Eli was very patient , kind and I really love that she explained which and why we were doing the exercises for each muscles !
