Plus, the meal planning was incredible, helping me stay on track with my fitness goals. Kalev Fitness' gym is awesome and all the trainers are super friendly! I just completed a 4 week challenge and it was great; the nutrition guidance, training sessions, and support through the app really helped me hit my goal. I definitely wouldn't be down 4% body fat in 1 month if it weren't for this challenge! The gym space is really nice with lots of equipment and theres always someone around to help you out. The classes can be a bit intense so its definitely worth it to get some personal training to check your form before diving in. They did an assessment before I joined, but some extra personal training taught me a lot about maintaining good form. I trained with Paula and it was fantastic! Learned a bunch of new exercises. Highly recommend getting in with any of the senior trainers if you can!
