I recently did the 6 week challenge. It was great in helping me build healthier eating and workout habits! The trainers were very motivating, and the facility was really good. I liked that it was never too busy so you could always do the workout you want to do without having to wait for equipment. The group lift classes were great at helping me learn best ways to strength train and kickboxing classes were also fun and great workout! Would highly recommend!
