Snow & Ice Dry Land Training

Join our 8 Week Snow & Ice Dry Land Training Program to be in peak condition for your favorite winter activity this year. Our diverse team of trainers has devised the optimal set of skills and conditioning you’ll need to excel during the ski, snowboarding and hockey season. This program will include:

  1. Speed/Explosive Strength
  2. Agility
  3. Balance & Core
  4. Endurance/Cardio Capacity
  5. Flexibility
  6. Prehab (Injury prevention)

SCHEDULE & PRICING:

Each workout will be focused on one or more of the components above. You’ll get to learn a new and fun way to train, develop your balance and core while getting a great sweat on.

DATES: Starts January 6th – Ends March 8th

CLASSES AVAILABLE: 

Tuesdays 7:30pm -8:30pm with Natalie

Thursdays 7:00pm -8:00pm with Sean

Saturdays 12:00pm-1:00pm with Paul

Sundays 11:00am -12:00pm with Jaewon
